G11: Palace vs Red Cards
Palace,We managed another brilliant win last Saturday, as we tamed the Dulwich Lions with a clear 10-0 drubbing. The opposition was not as weak as the final scoreline suggests, as it was only 2-0 at half-time (although the main reason being us missing a lot of chances). But we kept having a go at them right from the start of the 2nd half and were quickly rewarded by scoring an avalanche of goals. At the end, Matt scored 3, Ally (MOM, 2 goals + many assists), Jim So (2), Kieran, Charles and Manuel (1 each). The defence did well too, keeping focussed and a well-deserved clean-sheet. Thanks to that large victory we have now the highest tally of goals scored (42) and the best goal difference (+27) in that league.Next league game is our LAST before the 3-month long winter break. We are playing the Japanese from Red Cards. On current form we should beat them but let’s play the game seriously or we will get a bad result. The game is scheduled for SUNDAY 12th December, kick off for 3PM. Meet at Chaoyang stadium at 2:30PM.Who is available? Please reply ASAP and come to training tomorrow, 8-10PM at the Lido.Cheers,Patrick
